Frequently asked questions
Do I need to understand all of this to buy a ring?
No. You need to understand two things: that the 4C's determine price, and that the grading report is independently verifiable. Everything else is helpful but optional. We will explain the rest as you go.
Are lab-grown diamonds graded the same way as mined?
Yes, on the same 4C scale by the same independent laboratories. The report also discloses laboratory-grown origin. See diamond certification.
