Product descriptions and specifications

We make a reasonable effort to describe and photograph products accurately. Diamond specifications are taken from the independent laboratory report for the specific stone you receive. Hand-finished items vary slightly between pieces, and natural variation is not a defect. Screen colors differ from the physical appearance of a stone, and we cannot guarantee that any image matches your stone exactly.

Orders and acceptance

An order is an offer to purchase. We may decline an order for any reason, including suspected fraud, and will refund any collected payment. A contract forms when we ship, not when we acknowledge the order. Custom orders are accepted when production begins.

Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars. We may correct typographical errors before shipping. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Full payment is due before production on custom items unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Custom designs and approvals

You approve CAD renders or 3D models before production. We rely on that approval as your confirmation of stone size, shape, setting, and proportions. If you approve a design and then request a change after casting has begun, we cannot guarantee that the change is achievable and a remake may be required at your cost. We are not liable for outcomes of a design you approved where the design itself is the source of dissatisfaction.

Delivery and risk

Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. Please inspect your package on arrival and report damage promptly. See our shipping page.

Returns

Returns are governed by our returns policy, which forms part of these terms.

Warranty

Manufacturing warranty and lifetime service are described in our warranty page, which forms part of these terms. No other warranty is implied.

Intellectual property

The ELARIS name, logo, site design, text, and imagery are our property or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, resell, or commercially use them without written permission. You may link to our site and share our content for non-commercial purposes with attribution.

Acceptable use

You may not scrape the site at scale, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit false or malicious content, or use the site to violate law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or opportunity. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation.

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the site, breach of these terms, or unlawful use of our products, to the extent permitted by law.
