Processing time

Domestic US shipping

We ship within the United States with insured, tracked delivery. [OWNER: confirm free-shipping threshold].

• All shipments are insured for full replacement value.
• Tracking is provided as soon as the label is generated.
• Someone must be available to receive and sign. We do not leave uninsured packages unattended.

International shipping

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance delays that we do not control and cannot predict. These charges are the recipient's responsibility. We declare items accurately and cannot mark an order as a gift to reduce duties.

Signature and age verification

Orders are typically over 18 and a signature is required on delivery. This is a security measure on our side as much as yours.

If something goes wrong

Insured jewelry shipments require a physical street address for carrier acceptance. We cannot ship to PO boxes.

Will my ring arrive ready to propose?

Yes. Your ring is cleaned, inspected, and finished before dispatch. If your timeline is tight, tell us the date you need it and we will confirm honestly whether we can hit it before you order.
